Tim Griesbach – Head of Product Management, AWS FinSpace

Based in Maryland, he works with customers around the globe to translate business and technical requirements into products that enable customers to improve how they access, manage and use data to generate insights for their Capital Markets business.

 

Erin Stanton – Global Head of Portfolio & Trading Analytic Client Support, Virtu Financial

Erin Stanton is a leader in the field of data science and big data and is known for her big energy which she brings to everything she does. With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in the industry, she presently serves as the head of Virtu’s Analytics Global Client Support team. Erin is a fervent advocate for all things automation, AI and machine learning and data visualization related. Beyond her daily duties, Erin actively supports the inclusion of women in data science and leads Virtu's Women in Data Science conference annually. Erin earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Economics from Lehigh University and holds a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley. 

 

Conor Twomey – Head of Customer Success KX

Since joining First Derivatives as a software engineer in 2009, Conor has worked in many countries building bespoke trading and risk systems for some of the world's leading financial institutions. After moving into business development and operations, Conor is now Head of Customer Support & Services. During his time with KX, Conor has been a recipient of the Irish Echo's "40-under-40" award and represented Ireland at the World Economic Forum. Conor holds a BSc. in Financial, Mathematical and Actuarial Sciences from University College Cork and a MSc. in Computational Finance from the University of Limerick.

 

Peter Williams – Head of Global Financial Services Partner Technology, Amazon Web Services

Peter is a cloud technology executive, and leads the AWS technical team responsible for Financial Services Partners worldwide. His team sets the cloud transformation strategy that helps global banks and insurers innovate in the cloud through software and consulting providers. Peter’s experience enabling organizational and technical change within financial services organizations spans over twenty-five years, and includes leading Risk Technology at AIG, and the Credit Trading Technology at RBS.  Peter has a BS in Computer Science Engineering from Columbia University.

 

Eoin Roche – Senior Vice President, Head of Product Adoption, KX

Eoin Roche has worked in the software vendor space for the financial services industry for almost 20 years. He is currently Senior Vice President, Head of Product Adoption at KX. At the heart of KX technology is kdb, the world's fastest database for vector native, time series and real-time analytics. Kdb is used extensively in financial services to process large volumes of market, order, and execution data at speed.

In his role, Eoin manages a team that works closely with customers to ensure they are maximizing their ROI on KX products, supporting them through solution architecture, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing enablement. Eoin joined KX in 2010 and has previously held roles at the company in Engineering, Product Management, and Presales. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin.
